These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website, including browsing, purchasing, and any related services offered through Maajkart.com or www.maajkart.com (collectively, the “Services”). In default by accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or Services. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and the Company. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and conditions at any time, with changes effective upon posting on the Website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Maajkart is a B2C e-commerce platform specializing in a wide range of consumer electronics, including various brands of mobiles, mobile accessories, smartwatches, smart TVs, headphones, AirPods, and related products (collectively, “Products”).

1. Introduction/Preamble

These Terms apply to all users of the Website who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Minors are prohibited from using the Services without parental consent, and we disclaim all liability for any such unauthorized use. The Company provides the Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Your use is at your own risk, subject to applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, in India.

All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance by the Company. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or non-compliance with these Terms. You will be notified of any refusal in any of the communication medium such as via email, via WhatsApp, via call, via SMS or on the Website.

Compatible Means: The Compatible Remotes and any other Compatible products means this compatible remote may provide support for those ordered model remotes when you are replacing it. The compatible remote may work partially or normally because it is a product that supports multiple remote models. The product picture image is also provided for just reference purpose only. On your order, We or our vendor might search available compatible remote and dispatch it to you. The User must be aware that compatible model products may be different in shape, size, look, features, compatible remote’s model number, etc… The Website is not accountable for the user’s own perception of understanding in the meaning of compatible without reading this. It is the responsibility of the user to read this terms of this website to know about the meaning of compatible from this section. By default on using our platform we consider that you had read and know the terms.

Pricing for Products is displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and excludes applicable taxes, shipping/Handling fees, and duties unless otherwise stated in the product pages. The product images, colours are just for reference purposes and it may vary slightly or somewhat differently due to various reasons. Prices are subject to change without notice, and the sub total price is shown with all applicable charges as per your order at checkout, provided it is accurate. We disclaim liability for typographical or computational errors in pricing or product information. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallets supported by our payment gateway partners (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm, etc). All payments are processed securely, but you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount, including any adjustments for taxes, shipping/handling charges, fees or promotions. You represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method and that sufficient funds are available. We are not liable for any disputes with payment processors. Promotional discounts, coupons, or offers are valid only as specified and may be revoked at our discretion. No interest or refunds will be provided for overpayments unless required by law.  

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Products are shipped from our vendors, godowns, warehouses, shops or authorized partners in India. Shipping timelines are estimates only (approximately 5-7 business working days for metro areas, 7-15 business working days for others) and may vary due to stock availability, location, or external factors (e.g., holidays, strikes, etc). We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and non-refundable except as per our Returns Policy. Delivery is to the address provided; we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon handover to the carrier or delivery agent. Upon delivery, inspect Products immediately. Report any visible damage or shortages within 24 hours via maajkarttech@gmail.com or via WhatsApp on 9159466366 and the Failure to do so waives your claims.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties

Our Returns Policy prioritizes customer satisfaction while protecting against abuse. Eligible returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery for unused, unopened Products in original packaging. Certain items (e.g., opened electronics, personalized goods) are non-returnable. Restocking fees (up to 10%) may apply for returns due to change of mind. Key Note for Customers: If the The packing seal is broken please don’t accept the delivery. Please check the product while receiving from executive and record a video while unboxing or opening the delivered package. Approved returns must be shipped back to us at your expense within 7 days, prepaid and insured. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method or via NEFT within 10-15 business days, with minus of shipping/Handling Fees, Online Payment Charges and any fees or deductions. All Products are sold “as is” and covered by the direct manufacturer’s warranty only, if applicable. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No extended warranties are provided by us. Any defects must be handled directly with the manufacturer. We are not liable for normal wear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India along with our own company constrains, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Chennai, India.
