General Return Policy
Section A: Return Initiation and Approval Process
Return Window
Non-installable Products includes Mobile Phone, Mobile Accessories, Remote Control, Speakers, Memory Card, Pen Drive
You can initiate product return within 48 Hours from date of delivery for non-installable products

Return Approval Process | 1. Once return request is raised in my account section, you will receive a call from our Returns Team within 1 business day of initiating a return request, to troubleshoot the issue you are facing. 2. Returns Team will request additional details such as: a. Job sheet/service certificate (if required) b. Product or product images (labels etc.) c. Invoice/packaging details etc. to validate the return request to validate the return claim 3. Return team will approve/reject the claim basis the merit of claim |
Dead On Arrival/Defective return Approval Process | If the product is not replaceable or repairable by brand, then you will need to share DOA certificate and/or Job Sheet issued by brand authorized service centres or on-call/on-site warranty services Digital Products: (Mobiles, Cameras, Smart watches Laptops, Tablets) 1. You will need to get DOA certificate or Job sheet mentioning the product defect from a nearest Brand Authorized Service centre and product needs to be sealed by brand in case repair/replacement not provided by brand 2. DOA certificate to be shared at support@maajkartb2b.com 3. In case any tampering is done to the brand DOA seal, product will not be accepted for return Installable products (Air conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing machine and TV) 1. Brand authorised technician will visit you to determine the issue within 5-6 business days. Return will be accepted if the technician confirms the issue in writing on a Job sheet 2. Please retain a copy of DOA/Job sheet and share at support@maajkartb2b.com. |
Damaged/Wrong Product Approval Process | 1. You will need to share product images, all sides of brand box as well as product 2. In case of damaged product, image of damaged part to be shared 3. Returns Will Not Be Accepted If | 1. Products you deem no longer in need OR a change of mind 2. The request is outside return window 3. Products that have already been used or installed (except installation done by brand authorized personnel in case of large appliances) 4. Products that have been tampered with or are missing serial numbers/IMEIs, accessories/components, combo or freebies received with the purchase 5. In case product is relocated from delivery address for installation/demonstration by customer, it would not be eligible for return (in case of damaged / defective etc.) 6. If brand’s policies are defined for onsite repair or replacement 7. If the product falls within warranty period (as per brand policy) 8. Personalised/engraved items, as mandated by the seller 9. The product has heating or lagging issue at acceptable levels. Heating and lagging depend upon phone’s (product’s) specification and usage. In such cases, you can visit brand service centre to get your phone checked. 10. Reasons are related to subjective or perceptive aspects like performance not as per expectation, colour shade, texture difference etc. 11. Dents, scratches on packaging not impacting the product performance do not qualify for returns 12. Product becomes non-returnable if primary packaging is found open before installation. 13. The seller or brand has mandated a no return policy, please refer to information on product page before making a purchase. 14. Job sheet from authorised service centre or brand authorized service technician is not provided for defective product 15. DOA certificate is not provided for dead on arrival products from brand authorised service centre 16. Returns not acceptable for 2 or 3 years old manufactured products, country of origin etc. |

- During return process, your product will be checked for the following conditions

If Correct Product Is Returned | IMEI/name/image/brand/serial number/article number/bar code should match and the MRP tag should be attached and clearly visible. |
If Complete Product Is Returned | All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.) freebies and combos (if any) should be present. |
If Product Is Unused | The product should be unused, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/Laptop/Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices. |
If Product Is Not Damaged | The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes. |
- The process executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
- The return request must be made within the time if any of our accepted logic reasons. Else the return request will be cancelled.
- In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address.
Refund
- We will take approximately 3-5 days to process the refund once the product has cleared the Quality Check. The refund amount will be credited to your bank account as per timeframe mentioned in the below table
- If you have paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), a refund will be credited to the bank account provided by you at the time of initiation of returns
- If you have paid using a credit/debit card or via net banking, the refund will be credited back to the account you used to place the original order

Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged based on Seller .
Will the Product reach me On Delivery Time?
In most of the case the product will be delivered on time , during unfortunate event we will update the customer on the delayed delivery of the product and get full consent from the customer.
What is the estimated delivery time?
When the Delivery is Within Chennai the product might be approximately delivered within minimum 48 Hours to maximum 72 Hours.
