RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within two days (means of within 48 hours) of the purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return request initiated within 3 days from the date of installation in an unlikely event of defective, damaged, used or different item delivered to you. 2. Product to be unboxed/unpacked by the brand technician only, return not acceptable in product box/packaging is tampered by customer 3. Once return request raised in account section, you will receive a call from our Returns Team within 1 business days of initiating a return request, to troubleshoot the issue you are facing. 4. In case product not replaced/repaired by brand then, return team will request to share brand certified document in case of defective/DOA (product not replaced/repaired) and product images to validate the return request. 5. RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at maajkarttech@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and The Product with same condition as received and Proof of Purchase, then after our return approval mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the return receipt of your item to process your return. After the Process approval the refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your account or credit card whichever the accepted return payment mode. We will notify you by your provided email when your return has been processed.
Base Refund process:
- The Refund Process will take 3-7 days to process the refund once the product has cleared the Quality Check. The refund amount will be credited to your bank account or sent back to the payment mode you used to pay as per timeframe mentioned in the below table and the time will be also included as per norms of intermediate processors (if applicable) such as govt, Banks involved and our Payment gateway processor.
- If you had chosen Cash on Delivery (COD) mode and paid on COD, a refund will be credited to the bank account provided by you at the time of initiation of returns if refund confirmed by our Team.
- On Consumer side return or refund request, the payment gateway charges, courier and handling charges might be reduced and the remaining amount will be returned. After the initiation of refund from our side the bank or payment gateway may consume their own time as per their policy.
- We are not charging any restocking Fee as in the present time.
