Thank you for shopping at Maajkart — operated by Maajitha Infotech Private Limited (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”), a private limited company registered under the laws of India with its office at Ground Floor, 12 F Block, Thanikachalam Nagar West, Nearby Landmark: ECI Zion Church, Ponniammanmedu, Chennai, Tamil Nadu – 600110, India. This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations for Products purchased on maajkart.com or www.maajkart.com (the “Website”).

By placing an order, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy, our Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. We design every clause to protect the Company first — while staying 100% legally compliant and fair to genuine buyers.

We reserve the right to amend this Policy anytime. Changes take effect the moment we post them. Your continued use of the Website = acceptance.

1. Return Eligibility – Strict 7-Day Window

You may request a return only if ALL these boxes are ticked:

Non-returnable items (zero exceptions):

• Opened electronics (mobiles, smartwatches, AirPods, headphones, smart TVs, etc…)
• Activated software / digital content
• Personalized or custom-made accessories
• Hygiene-sealed items (ear-tips, cables opened)
• Clearance / “Final Sale” tagged products

We need video-record every return parcel opening. Any discrepancy = instant rejection + blacklisting.

2. Easy Return Process – 4 Steps, No Shortcuts

1. Contact via whatsapp on 9159466366 with Reason and Details + upload 4 clear photos + 15-sec unboxing video.
2. You might return it to the below address correctly.

1. Wait for RMA Number (24–72 hrs). No RMA = parcel refused at warehouse.
2. You have to Self-ship to us via any valid Safe Courier Service. Most of the couriers reach us. Even though check once with courier company if  they is serviceable to our address for safety purposes. Cost: 100% yours on your return and our side resending (if needed).
3. Our Godown/Warehouse QC will take up to 72 hrs. After that the refund will initiated once your refund payment details received via WhatsApp.

Pro tip: 98% rejections happen because customers skip proper steps or ship without RMA.

3. Refund Rules – We Pay Only What We Owe

• Refund mode: NEFT payment method only. Returned as Source (if applicable)
• Timeline: 10–15 banking days after QC pass
• Bank/UPI charges/Online Payment Fees/Courier Charges: Deducted from refund
• Promo codes / wallet credits: Non-refundable

4. Replacement – Only for Dead-on-Arrival (DOA)

• Report DOA within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video.
• We verify remotely and approve then send brand-new sealed unit (After Receiving it Back as per our Constrains).
• Old unit must reach us in 7 days else you pay MRP.

No replacements for cosmetic preferences or “I don’t like the colour”.

5. Cancellation – Tiny Window, Big Penalty

• Before “Shipping initiated”: 100% refund, ₹49 processing fee.
• After “Shipped”: Cancellation denied. Follow return flow.
• Pre-paid orders only can be paused till processing starts.

6. Fraud & Abuse – Zero Tolerance

We track every return. Red flags trigger permanent ban – no resending or refund:

• Serial returners (>2 returns in 60 days)
• Fake damage claims
• Swapping IMEI / serial numbers or any of the Information
• Threatening via negative reviews or demanding for freebies

Banned users lose all wallet balance, Refunds, Resending Products  & future COD rights. It may lead to user data deletion too and company may having rights to get it under legal terms as per law.

7. Warranty Claims – Go Direct to Brand

• All electronics carry manufacturer warranty only.
• We are NOT the service centre.
• Lost warranty card? Download from brand site — we don’t re-issue.

8. Legal Safety Net (for us)

• Risk passes to you the second courier scans the parcel.
• We are NOT liable for courier damage after dispatch.
• Max liability capped only at invoice value.
• Disputes: Chennai courts only | Indian law governs.
